Rockstar is currently working on a trilogy of remasters, and it’s not just any three games. According to a report from Kotaku, it is Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Vice City and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas that are now being redone from scratch.

According to Kotaku, the games will be created with Unreal Engine and use a mix of both new and old graphics to get the perfect mix without the games losing what made them so unique when they were once released. Behind the development is Rockstar Dundee, formerly Ruffian Games (Crackdown 2).

It does’t seem as if we have to wait very long because according to the report we can see a release already in October or early November. The games will be released for PS5, Xbox Series X / S, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, Stadia, iOS, Android and PC.
