Back in March, we got the disappointing but expected news that the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild would be delayed until 2023, so some of you probably feared we wouldn’t see more of it until next year. That’s why the last few minutes of today’s Direct stream probably had millions of people cheering.

Namely, it ended with a new trailer for what we now know is called The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. And as if that wasn’t enough, new game elements are confirmed such as the ability to fly some kind of mechanical creature and more ways to play with gravity – and that the game is coming next year on May 12.
