In a recent announcement, Sony introduced a newly redesigned PlayStation 5 console, boasting a 30% reduction in size and an increased storage capacity of 1TB, as opposed to the original 825GB. While Sony initially stated that the release would take place in the United States in November, we are now approaching a concrete release date.

The incredibly reliable insider, Billbil-kun, has revealed through Dealabs that the console will make its debut in the United States on November 8th as part of a bundle featuring Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, with a price tag of $559.99. It will be available as a standalone console starting November 10th.

It’s important to note that this release information applies exclusively to the United States, with no indication as to when the rest of the world can expect to see the redesigned console. Sony’s official statement indicates that the rollout to other territories will occur “in the following months.”

We reached out to Nordic PlayStation for additional information, but as of now, they have not provided any comments regarding the release.
