Philips Releases Robot Vacuum Cleaner – Long-Awaited Return to Well-Established Range
Drawing on its history of producing high-quality cleaning products, Philips has now introduced an easy-to-use robot vacuum cleaner that also doubles as a wet mop. Leveraging innovative technology and over 130 years of electronics manufacturing experience, Philips claims to have delivered a highly anticipated new offering.
The new robot vacuum cleaner from Philips embodies a well-balanced combination of multifunctionality and superior quality. Its ultra-powerful suction, combined with mopping capabilities, ensures clean floors while conveniently self-emptying at the docking station. Controlling the Philips robot vacuum cleaner is effortless through the Philips HomeRun app, allowing users to select rooms and zones for safe cleaning. With Philips’ Dual Wave™ technology, the robot vacuum self-empties into its station, which requires emptying just once a month.
Equipped with numerous sensors and 360-degree laser navigation, the robot vacuum cleaner creates an accurate map and can even detect the tiniest objects as small as 2 x 2 cm. Its vibrating mop function diligently eliminates particles and footprints, surpassing regular vacuuming by effectively removing finer dust. It can clean for up to 3 hours on a single charge.
Measuring a mere 97 millimeters in height, the robot vacuum cleaner easily reaches underneath most furniture and navigates thresholds of up to 20 millimeters. Special sensors prevent the robot from falling off edges or down stairs, allowing it to efficiently and reliably clean in any home environment.
The Philips robot vacuum and mop are now available in a range of 8 models, encompassing the 3000 and 7000 series. Customers have the option to choose between black or white variants, as well as models with or without the automatic self-emptying station.
