2021 marks the 35th anniversary of The Legend Of Zelda. The iconic game series actually celebrated its Birthday all the way back in February this year, but Nintendo has remained surprisingly silent in regards to the milestone so far (except for a Skyward Sword HD release for the Nintendo Switch this summer), much to the disappointment of fans all over the world.

However, during the most recent episode of his podcast, industry insider NateDrake said that he believes The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time and Majora’s Mask will arrive on Switch alongside The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess before the end of the year.

And why would Nintendo release them? It’s no secret that seeing Ocarina Of Time and Majora’s Mask on the eShop would make an awful lot of Zelda fans very happy. It’d also be an money printing machine for Nintendo in exchange for very little effort. Obviously most fans are still kind of hoping for a ground-up remake of Ocarina Of Time, but a Switch port would do nicely for the time being.
