Massive Entertainment develops a new Star Wars game
We were previously given the information that the Swedish game developer Machine Games, which is the developer behind Wolfenstein: The New Order, is working on a new Indiana Jones game. Now it’s clear that another Swedish studio has been given the honor of administer Lucasfilm’s legacy.
Lucasfilm Games and Ubisoft revealed via Wired that Massive Entertainment, the creators of The Division and the Division 2 and the upcoming Avatar game (among others), are working on a new Star Wars game. Julian Gerighty and his team of developers are still at a very early stage, so at the moment they just want to say that the story will be completely new, that it will be an open game world and that it will be developed with the amazing Snowdrop graphics engine we are familiar with from The Division series.
