Last year’s best TV series, as widely known, is set to receive a second (and third) season, and producers Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann have now confirmed who will take on the role of Abby. Abby is undoubtedly the most crucial among the new characters, and fans hope she will maintain her polarizing influence on the storyline.

In a statement provided to The Hollywood Reporter, Mazin and Druckmann shared the following:

“The casting process for our second season mirrors that of the first: we seek out world-class actors capable of embodying the essence of the characters from the source material. Talent is of utmost importance, and we are delighted to welcome acclaimed performer Kaitlyn alongside Pedro, Bella, and the rest of our ‘The Last of Us’ family.”
