Sega and Sports Interactive faced challenges in releasing Football Manager 2023 for the Playstation 5. Despite being available on other platforms such as PC, Xbox, Switch, smartphones and Game Pass, the game faced “unforeseen circumstances” during the submission and approval process for the Playstation 5. However, the issues have been resolved and the game will finally be released on February 1, 2023 for Playstation 5. To celebrate the launch, Sega is offering a 20% discount for Playstation Plus subscribers during the first two weeks of its release on Playstation 5. Additionally, an update will be released shortly after launch to ensure consistency with data across all versions of the game.
