The Chinese electric car manufacturer Xpeng seems to have high-flying plans for the electric vehicles of the future. Yesterday, the company presented a so-called flying car that it hopes to release on the market within a few years.

The flying car is called HT Aero and should be able to be driven both on traditional roads and in the air as seen in the picture and in the video below. The car is equipped with two rotors that can be folded into the car’s interior when the car is driven on the ground. Other specifications regarding the flying car are not known yet.

Xpeng hopes to release HT Aero on the market in 2024. Whether this will actually be the case remains to be seen.
