In a remarkable turn of events, employees at Square Enix have uncovered a treasure trove of untouched retro video games. Stored in a sealed container for over two decades, this collection includes titles such as Klax, Hard Drivin’, Badlands, S.T.U.N Runner, and The Living Daylight. These games span various platforms, including the Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, Atari ST, DOS, N-Gage, Wii, and Amstrad.

Lee Singleton, a Square Enix executive, shared this discovery on social media, accompanied by a brief video showcasing the find. The majority of these games originate from Domark, with additional merchandise from classic Eidos titles, notably Tomb Raider action figures.

Employees have been invited to select items from this collection, while discussions are underway with the National Videogame Museum in Sheffield regarding potential donations.
