Some Reddit users have reported that they now have support for offline listening on Spotify, an update that Spotify announced that it would soon start rolling out at the beginning of this month.

With the new update, Spotify’s premium users will be able to download music and podcasts to their Wear OS watches to listen to this without the watch having any connection. However, for those running the ad-funded version of Spotify, it will only be possible to download podcasts for offline listening.

To be able to use Spotify’s offline support for Wear OS, the watch must be running Wear OS 2.0.
