If you are eager to see more animated feature films based on the Resident Evil series after Resident Evil: Degeneration, Resident Evil: Damnation and Resident Evil: Vendetta then you are in luck.

The official Twitter account for Netflix Portugal happened to post a teaser trailer for Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness yesterday. This is a new computer-animated Resident Evil feature film starring Leon Scott Kennedy and Claire Redfield. The account quickly removed the teaser.

The idea is that Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness will be released on Netflix sometime next year.
