IKEA unveils its latest venture into the world of gaming with the launch of the “BRÄNNBOLL” collection, featuring a range of furniture and accessories tailored to the needs of gamers and their households. In a press release, IKEA describes the collection as a response to the evolving and diverse requirements of gamers and those living with them. Comprising twenty versatile products, the collection aims to facilitate a comfortable and engaging gaming environment that seamlessly integrates into the home when the gaming session ends.

Central to the BRÄNNBOLL collection are various seating options, including an inflatable chair, alongside a gaming station equipped with a foldable tabletop, integrated storage for PC towers, and cable management solutions. These pieces effortlessly transition from gaming hubs to discreet storage units, catering to both functional and aesthetic needs. Additionally, the collection features storage solutions such as wall-mounted cabinets, wheeled side tables, and a multifunctional basket that doubles as a portable standalone table. Complementing these furnishings are accessories and decorative elements like mousepads, rugs, and throws, designed to add a personal touch to gaming spaces.

Philip Dilé, Product Design Developer at IKEA, emphasizes the inclusivity of the BRÄNNBOLL collection, stating, “With BRÄNNBOLL, we embrace the idea that gaming is for everyone and belongs anywhere in the home. It’s about making it easy for people to create spaces tailored to gaming, living, and everything in between.” Dilé hopes that the collection will encourage friends and families to bond and find joy and camaraderie through shared gaming experiences.

The BRÄNNBOLL collection is set to launch in September, with pricing details yet to be announced. IKEA assures that pricing information will be provided in due course. For a sneak peek at the upcoming products, images have been compiled for viewing.
