God of War for PC was released after several years of waiting on January 14 and it seems that one or two players were quite excited to experience Krato’s new story on their computers. According to SteamDB, the game peaked at 73,529 concurrent players over the weekend, which is an impressive number for a single-player game. Extra impressive when it comes to a single player game that has almost three years on its neck.

The PC version of God of War seems to be a fairly stable port of the PS4 version with improved graphics, such as nicer shadows, support for more resolutions, including ultrawide screens, and other refinements such as unlocked fps and the like.
