Turtle Beach is kicking off spring 2025 with a massive hardware launch, unveiling a total of 16 new gaming headsets and controllers across its product lines for Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The gaming peripheral giant is doubling down on licensed products, comfort, and customization – and fans of Mario, Zelda, and high-performance accessories have plenty to get excited about.

Enhanced Audio Lineup for Nintendo Switch

The legendary Turtle Beach Recon 70 headset – already one of the world’s best-selling wired models – is now officially licensed for Nintendo Switch. Tailored for long sessions in titles like The Legend of Zelda and Metroid, it boasts fine-tuned 40mm drivers, a crystal-clear flip-to-mute microphone, and plush synthetic leather ear cushions for lasting comfort.

Joining the Recon 70 are three new designs from the Airlite Fit series. These lightweight headsets feature breathable jersey fabric ear cushions, immersive sound, and a stylish over-ear design in three color variants. Built for Switch players seeking comfort and clarity, the Airlite Fit has previously ranked among the top three best-selling headsets in its category.

Wireless Nostalgia with Mario-Themed Controllers

On the controller front, Turtle Beach expands its Rematch series with two standout wireless controllers for Switch: Invincible Mario and Super Mario Star. These nostalgic designs glow in the dark and are packed with modern tech, including motion controls, dual programmable back buttons, and up to 40 hours of wireless playtime. Whether racing in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe or teaming up in Super Mario Party, these controllers bring both flair and function.

Bold New Options for Xbox Gamers

Xbox players aren’t left out of the fun. Turtle Beach is launching two major new controller series: Afterglow Wave and Rematch Core.

The Afterglow Wave offers a vibrant RGB experience, letting players customize lighting across eight zones with millions of colors. It features Hall Effect analog triggers with adjustable pull sensitivity, dual rumble motors, programmable buttons, and a patented D-pad for on-the-fly audio controls. It connects via a durable 3-meter USB-C cable and supports deep customization through the Control Hub app for Xbox and Windows.

The Rematch Core controller keeps things sharp and responsive with impulse triggers, dual motors, ergonomic grips, and direct audio controls through the D-pad. It’s available in five color variants, including three with semi-transparent camo designs.
