Five years ago the slightly odd vehicle WalkCar was shown to the world, and now it seems that this has started to sell, reports Gizmodo.

WalkCar is a small wheeled plate that is fitted with four wheels and an electric motor that takes it forward. In normal mode, WalkCar has a top speed of 10 km / h and a battery in which is sufficient for about 7 kilometers of driving. There is also a sports mode where the speed is 16 km / h but if you use it the driving distance is reduced to 5 kilometers on a battery charge.

The company Cocoa Motors, which has developed WalkCar, wants 198,000 yen for the small rolling board, which corresponds to just over 17,000 SEK ($ 1800), which almost makes me wonder if they built it all with Apple’s ridiculously expensive wheels for the Mac Pro.
