IKEA will soon show what they have done together LEGO | UPDATED 27.08.20
Earlier today, IKEA sent out a tweet showing a cardboard box with something that they have developed in collaboration with LEGO.
Exactly what IKEA and LEGO have cooked up is not announced by the company yet, but it is probably about something that will be called “Bygglek”. Earlier this summer, some pictures were leaked of an upcoming IKEA product called Bygglek, which seems to be a storage unit with a LEGO design. This could mean that you can expand your storage system by building on more sections with the help of LEGO’s block system.
Below you can check out a picture of what IKEA Bygglek will look like. The picture comes from the lego site Promobricks, which came across a copy of the kit when it happened to be exhibited too early in a German IKEA store. When IKEA will officially show its collaboration with LEGO, there is so far no information about.
Earlier today, both companies showed the storage furniture Bygglek, which consists of a number of storage boxes that are adapted to LEGO’s block system. Initially, IKEA will offer four different Bygglek packages. One with three smaller drawers, two with slightly larger drawers and a LEGO construction kit that has been developed for use with the storage furniture.
