On Wednesday, Facebook will start its developer conference and the plan is probably to show off the new VR headset Oculus Quest 2. But Facebook has been a bit eager and posted information about Quest 2 on its Facebook Blueprint page with two proper videos that give us plenty with useful information about the new headset.

Among other things, it says that Quest 2 will be equipped with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon XR2 processor, 6GB frame, 2K resolution for each eye, 3D position sound, new control design and up to 256GB storage. The 2K resolution is a damn nice upgrade as it is 50 percent more pixels than the first Quest offered.

Facebook Connect will start on Wednesday and then we will get some more official information about the new VR headset. Or more specifically when Quest 2 will be released and what the device will cost, as the videos above and below have already revealed most of it.
